Humanistic Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist
I am able to offer Skype/online or telephone counselling for those of you who are linked with North Wales Cancer Care. Safe and confidential professional counselling to support you with your life’s challenges and help you make sense of the things you may be feeling lost with the things that matter to you.
Through working with me it is my hope that you will begin to feel more at peace with yourself, more empowered and more in control of whatever is challenging you – whether that is something that happened (past), is happening (present), or is something that might happen (future).
I offer long and short-term work using a sensitive and solution focused coaching style, that incorporates mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, creativity and the natural environment, as well as traditional talking therapy.
We will work at a pace that is determined by you – it is important that you feel comfortable and at ease whilst exploring things that concern you.
I have been working as a humanistic integrative counsellor and therapist since 2005. In addition to running a private practice, I also work for a local counselling charity and am a partnership therapist for The Living Tree (cancer support, Bridport), having previously worked with Macmillan.
I work with people of all ages and have a specialism in working with children and young people. I am experienced in working one-to-one (in person and online) and also in facilitating groups, workshops and training sessions.
I am a fully Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and hold an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate.
All enquiries will be treated in strict confidence.
